You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
2. Non-Eligible Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., earphones, brushes, opened cosmetics)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact:
Include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if defective or incorrect)
Our team will respond within 3 business days.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Report within 7 days of delivery
- Provide visual proof
All related costs will be fully covered by Royal Club.
7. International Orders
Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our team.
