Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Non-Eligible Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., earphones, brushes, opened cosmetics)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact:

  • Photos/videos (if defective or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 3 business days.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide visual proof

All related costs will be fully covered by Royal Club.

7. International Orders

Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our team.
